OUR PARTNERS
Wayne Philippi

Wayne A. Philippi is the President and Senior Partner of WolfCreek Partners Inc. Since co-founding the firm in 2001, Wayne has created specialized leadership consulting, coaching, and training services that direct clientele to understand and manage complex systems. His work has focused on the strategic implementation of initiatives, leadership and partnerships that drive organizational performance and culture - helping people reframe their thinking about their work and mission, as it relates to changing marketplace realities. Wayne has supported the development of interdependent leaders who can lead interdependent organizations, allowing the discovery and implementation of solutions not previously apparent. Wayne helps break through patterns and achieve new thinking and has been coaching, advising, and guiding C-suite executives for over 25 years. Prior to co-founding WolfCreek Partners, Wayne was the Chief Design Officer with the Change Management Division of Aon Consulting. Wayne resides in Waterloo, Ontario with his family.

Dick is a business and financial strategy advisor for and Partner with WolfCreek Partners, Inc. He is a seasoned operations and financial executive, corporate finance advisor, and investment banker with over 40 years of executive leadership experience. Since forming Krahl Enterprises, LLC in 2000, he has guided dozens of entrepreneurs through early stage growth and capital formation, and small to mid-size firms through a variety of joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and private placements representing an aggregate transaction value in excess of $300-million. In the 1980’s as an investment banker for a securities firm he directed more than a dozen IPO’s, and in the 1990’s Dick was a shareholder and the Chief Operating Officer of a privately held, leading-edge and highly celebrated corporate training, leadership development and change management consulting firm—later merging it into a Fortune 200 company.

Joe Mark

Joe is a Director with our WolfCreek Partners Group. Through his firm, Joe brings 35 years of integrated leadership  experience as a hospital Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President, as well as, ten years of strategy and operations improvement consulting. Joe's specialty area of expertise lies in assisting C-Suite executives in seizing the opportunity to recreate their leadership team organization wide as highly interdependent leaders where the silos come down and the leaders focus on collaboratively creating and continually improving highly productive, performance enriching cultures yielding breakthrough quality and financial results.

Jeff Klem

Jeff is a Director of our WolfCreek Partners Group and is the founder of his firm KLMadventure, Ltd. He brings more than  a decade of experience in the healthcare industry serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Organization Development for Healthways—a progressive well-being company. For nearly 30 years Jeff has been a consultant and facilitator to corporate and C- Suite executives—bringing an expertise in experiential learning, talent development, culture transformation, strategy facilitation, acquisition integration, individual & team performance and potential. 

His executive experience includes serving as a leadership and personal development facilitator for Aon Consulting, a senior change management consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and most recently served as Vice President of Talent Development for Vail Resorts Management Company.

Shawn Snelgrove is a Director of our WolfCreek Partners Group. Through her firm Brainstorming á la Mode, Inc., over the last two decades Shawn has served as a coach, facilitator and consultant guiding leaders and teams to create more of what matters most, faster.​

With expertise in developing robust leaders, cultivating team performance and transforming organizational cultures, Shawn delights in helping people excel, flourish, co-create and prosper as they inspire and navigate change. She has worked with hundreds of leaders (at all levels) and teams (in all functional areas) in the US, EMEA and APAC with Healthcare, Technology, Non-Profit, Retail, Consumer Products, and Pharmaceutical companies. ​

Jo McGinley

Through her firm 333 Productions (an improv-based consulting firm) Jo has been a contract facilitator for WolfCreek Partners since 2013. She specializes in working with leaders to be successful in leading organizations and teams to achieve the highest results possible in today’s challenging transitional business environment. Through her work with WolfCreek Partners, she inspires seasoned and emerging business leaders to find their authentic voice, own their personal presence, and build confidence—and brings to WolfCreek Partners a wealth of knowledge around leadership effectiveness, team building, executive presence, employee engagement, and culture. She has coached Olympic athletes, musicians, and Oscar nominees to improve performance and increase confidence while enhancing teams to work better together under pressure.

Jo has taught in the Master’s programs at UC Irvine, USC, Pepperdine University, and the University of San Francisco. In addition to WolfCreek Partners, her corporate clients have included such firms as Salesforce, Twilio, Adobe, The Gap, Kaiser Permanente, Price Waterhouse Cooper, Disney, and DreamWorks Animation.

Stephen Kearin

Stephen, through his firm 333 Productions, has been a contract facilitator for WolfCreek Partners since 2013. Stephen is a critically acclaimed improvisational actor who has performed on stages worldwide as a member of the 3 for All and Impro Theatre. He has helped writers and storyboard artists at Disney and Dreamworks Animation, as well as the performers of Cirque du Soleil improve their idea generation processes and collaborative skills. Stephen also coaches executive teams on developing corporate cultures that foster creative and collaborative management practices. Stephen enjoys a long and impressive list of theatrical and film credits.

Nancy’s passion lies in fostering the personal and professional growth of individuals and teams in service of enhanced organizational performance. Through her firm Point Two Consulting, Nancy brings to WolfCreek Partners’ executive coaching and consulting team more than 30 years of experience leading in and consulting with organizations. She is a seasoned coach and consultant drawing on a broad range of skills and experiences in the fields of organizational development, executive coaching, and leadership development. Her credentials include International Coaching Federation  (ICF)  Professional Certified Coach,  as  well  as  a certified

practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) and in The  Leadership Circle 360 leadership assessment. She is also trained in the DiSC and Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode instrument  as well as other assessment methodologies. 

Nancy has held a variety of positions in her career, including bedside nurse, Nursing School faculty, front line manager, Chief Nurse Executive, Chief Operating Officer, Organization and Executive Development Consultant, and the Director for Executive and Leadership Development for Kaiser Permanente, Southern California. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan and Master’s Degree in Nursing from Wayne State University. Nancy also holds a post-graduate certificate in Organization Development Consulting from Teachers College of Columbia University.

OUR EXECUTIVE CONSULTANTS
Tina Clarke

Currently contracting with WolfCreek Partners, Inc. as a business consultant, product designer, client services coordinator, and distance-learning production specialist. Tina is a business consultant, educator, and artist with a dual MEd in Curriculum Design & Leadership Development. She has over 20 years of experience building business models, providing leadership training and mentorship for community organizations, local businesses, artists, and schools interested in start-up, redevelopment, strategic planning, operations support, program development, staff motivation and training services, grant acquisition, marketing, curriculum development, and graphic design. Her academic and literary credentials include: Co-founder and organizer of the May Day Workers Film Festival and Women's Film Festival in San Diego, Founding Member of San Diego Global Vision Academy, served on the Board of Directors for a variety of California Charter Schools, certified Intel as a literacy and operational developer, designed and published a collection of curriculum textbooks for reading intervention and second language learners in Southern California.

Through her firm Fifth Power, Inc., Michelle Krahl is a contractor for WolfCreek principally providing administrative support services to the President of WolfCreek Partners and providing other travel and logistics services to members of WolfCreek Partners director group, facilitator and consulting organization. She brings over 10 years of administrative experience with expertise in communication, problem solving, and project coordination. With her BS in Business Administration, Michelle has worked as an executive assistant at a private law firm, a financial advisor and benefit analyst with Barney & Barney, LLC, and as a real estate agent and administrative manager with Keller Williams. In addition, Michelle has volunteered and studied ontology with Landmark Worldwide where she completed numerous leadership, communications, and wisdom seminar courses.
